Support for manufacturing enterprises from Podlaskie Voivodeship
RPO 1.3 Supporting investments in enterprises – is a programme opening subsidiaries for activities aimed at improvement of efficiency of executed. The obtained support enables purchases of new machinery, equipment and IT systems.

Project objective:
The objective of the project includes widely understood innovations in the manufacturing sector.
Who can apply?
Small and medium-sized enterprises.
What can be co-funded?
- expenses on project preparation (technical documentation),
- expenses on renewable energy (up to 10% of project value),
- construction and investor supervision,
- construction materials and works,
- expenses on purchases of built and empty properties (up to 10-15% of the project value),
- fixed asset purchase costs: machinery and equipment, production equipment,
- intangible fixed assets purchase costs (patents, licences, know-how, non-patented technical knowledge),
- costs related to purchase of IT technologies – these may be qualified only if the applicant proves their inherent relation to the production process and necessity to execute project objectives,
- means of transportation – only special vehicles (gr. 743) and other non-railway fleet (gr. 76) and exclusively for enterprises which do not operate in the transportation sector,
- advisory and training services (up to 10% of the project value).
What is the value of the subsidiary?
Project value: between 100 thousand and 12 million PLN.
What part of a project can be subsidised?
Subsidiary: 70% – micro and small enterprises, 60% – medium enterprises.
Expenses within the de minimis support – 50%
