Vendo.Cassandra is a predictive analytics software powered by artificial intelligence that predicts future employee and organizational behavior. It helps create behavioral patterns for, for example, machine operators and improves performance in areas such as safety, waste, management, and more. It also uses predictive models to gamify Lean Management implementations. Its operation ultimately eliminates accidents by predicting what will happen before they happen and taking the necessary preventative measures to avoid them.
Cassandra supports the implementation of Lean Management into the company’s ecosystem. It continuously monitors employee performance, improves their skills, helps avoid errors and accidents, and increases motivation for change. Based on the vast data collected from the organization’s sensors, ERP system, cameras, and other sensors, it allows for the construction of predictive models of behavior.
Artificial intelligence helps improve skills through development programs dedicated to employees who need them. It motivates change because it’s based on a philosophy of positive feedback that encourages people to perform better than before. And finally, Cassandra can work with any ERP system, regardless of manufacturer!
